    putting a border around a mask

    i have a picture which is masked by a square, the square gets bigger and bigger untill the whole picture is shown...

    how do i put a border around the square that gets bigger and bigger, because when i play it back there is no border around the square at all.

    you tried with a square behind the mask?

    Put the border on the layer above the mask, that is what I did on my site.

    could you explain a little more please? i will try to explain a bit more of what i want aswell in case you aren't sure...

    here is a movie of a green square that is masked by another square gettign bigger and bigger untill the whole green square is shown..

    so if i had a border round the mask, there would be a border around the enlarging square i have used for the mask.. if you know what i mean? i dunno how else to explain!

    I understood you.

    Place the border on a layer of the mask and motion tween it in the same amount of frames that you did the mask.
