Shaking image actionscript??? help

Not sure what is used to do what I need done.

Here is an example of what I would like to do: (just one effect in this teaser)

the chrome manex logo at the end of this teaser... it shakes / wiggles / whatever... I am wondering what is the best way to do this and have it look smooth as in the above example.

if someone knows of a tutorial about this or something like it... Please let me know about it.

I'm sure someone will have a better answer than this, but I'd just keyframe it. Looks to me like it would only need 3 keyframes because it only hops up twice and to the right once. Just my opinion.

I just thought there might be an actionscript or something to do stuff like this... I have seen ones for making images blur...
