Any way of protecting my flash from decompiling ?

There are some decompiling tools like SourceTec SWF Decompiler which can pretty import swf's and extract AS' like fishbone.

Any ideas to prevent that ? (Other than ticking the protect from import checkbox while publishing)

    Hi,

as for the obfuscator: check out www.flashguru.co.uk/000123.php - it seems it took buraks less than a week to decompile that code as well.
Importing a swf into flash does no good (apart from the graphics, perhaps) and therefore the import prevention does not change much either.
One way to make life hard for crackers is to have your swf interact with a server. While this may not help too much to protect a game's logic, a decent server script can make it definitely harder to cheat on submitting scores - try www.fontimages.org.uk/flash/hiscore
