repeating frames

is it possible to repeat a certain sequence of frames 'x' number of times and then to carry on with the rest of the scene. Can you do it by putting a go to inside a loop??

you can make an invisible counter. put an if clause that states. if counter = 3. go to and play frame whatever. and have the counter count the first frame of the movie. it will loop until the counter counts 3. or you could just copy the frames you want to loop and just paste them how ever many times it takes to create the duplication that you want.
