cafe press is pretty nice if you don't want to pre print anything. I would check them out at http://www.cafepress.com

yes, cafe press seems to be used by a lot of stores, eg. joe cartoon, bogbeast, newgrounds, jibjab ---

the only drawback is that the only tshirt color is white.

WebAgent uses Madmerch http://www.madmerch.com; they also have color t-shirts... should be ok.

eyenovation: yes, they are in vector format. what do u mean by clipart? as in word clipart? i drew the characters myself if thats what you're asking
