Is there a way to automacticly open a java popup window from mx that will be center to the users screen with lets say a 5 second delay from when the browser opens ??.
Ive just moved over to mx so im still trying to get use to the difference so any help is really appreciated.

Not really what im looking for but thanks for the help. All i want to do is have my site open in a java window without needing to hit a button to call the window. Kind off just have the code on the timeline and have it work that way. Is this a possible thing in flash ??.

if u check out the whole page i linked you'd probably find what u want. for now, all i can guess is you want to check whether the version is up to date? then you can use the System.capabilities.version property to check for the version.
