    I need a pre loader bar...

    Hey, i know this has been asked a bunch of times, but i have tried a bunch of pre loaders, and they don't seem to work, My intro has a black backround, so i was wondering if any one knew of a pre loader that wold show a simple white loading bar, and some precents or numbers next to it.
    Thanks!

    I've used this one a number of times, and it's pretty stable. It's set up as a Scene called Preload. It's impossible to copy scenes from one movie to another, but you can drag a box around the loadbar and fields to select them, then paste in place in your movie, then copy the code and frames over. Or, just build your movie on this, as new Scene 1.

    well it says
    gotoAndPlay("Scene 1", 1);
    so i imagine that i woud make a new scene, called Scene 1 and put my intro and stuff in that?

    No, change the name to what fits your movie, in the code:

    gotoAndPlay("Intro", 1); or whatever. That is, if you already have that built and don't want to re-do it.

    I have this same preloader up here, to show how it works.

    By changing the '_root' in the two lines to 'this', you can use it as a preloader for an externally loaded movie.
