sliding movieclip example

Hopefully someone can help me,

I have been looking for a flash file example to download on the movies section of this site but have had no luck.

I am trying to make a movie clip that is a certain length and when each button is c;licked the movie slides along a horizontal axis and locks at a certain point, The movie eases in and out at each stop point using actionscript. Does anyone have a working example of this they could sed me.

Want to you is for my portfolio o i can make each portfolio example sit next to each other and when you click and shpws the next image by sliding to it

Any help that people can give woulld be awesome.
