personally speaking, im not using any images except the ones he's throwing at me...
no digi cam, so i have to resort to the old scanner for now (which happens to be broken)
i just use layer options, and the drawing tools.
oh and a few filters here and there! 
oh, the blurred light traffic picture in the last volley was scanned from a pic my GF took awhile back...
