blurry font

I am using Ariel 14 and it still isn't crisp enough - especially when the window is resized to fit a 13" monitor. Any suggestions? to see what i mean you can go to http://www.designactone.com/cathi/fsec/fsec_parent.htm. I would really appreciate any suggtestions. Thanks.
