    level problem

    Hi.
    First of all, i'm portuguese, so you have to apologise my english.

    I'm writting because of a problem i have loading movieclips.
    I have a main movie, and i would like to load another movie into that main movie:

    loadMovieNum("movieclip.swf", 3);

    ok. until here its working.. But here in Portugal, we have a low bandwidth so we have to wait 2 or 3 seconds, until the movie we are loading becomes visible.

    My problem: i would like to, in the main movie, put a loading bar, or something, to allow the user to see the progress of the movieclip loading.
    How do i do that?

    i tryed to put this code in a loading bar:

    onClipEvent (enterFrame) {
    b_loaded = int(_level3.getBytesLoaded());
    b_total = int(_level3.getBytesTotal());

    if (percent == 100) {
    _root.stop();

    } else {
    percent = (b_loaded/b_total)*100;
    this.bar._xscale = percent;
    gotoAndPlay(_currentFrame);
    }
    }

    but i think it's wrong.

    could you help me in this one?
    Thank's.

    Best regards.
    Bruno

    RE:

    you can do this putting the next line in the first frame of the main movie:

    loadMovieNum ("movi.swf", X);

    where X is the number of the level you want to put the movie in (for example 2);
