sound loops !!!

please dose any one knows which kind of the sound loops forms is less bits and better to download in a movie: mp3 or wav or flashtrak?and if flashtrak how can l add it in my movie? l will be very greatful>>:-))

personally i use wav format, but i think that flash exports sounds as mp3 because it compresses the best. but dont quote me on that.
