Flash to digital videotape?

...i just need to know if my simple mind is thinkin this right!?

i have in mind to put my flash cartoons on digital video tape.

To do this :

1. i use flashants swf2video with a plug-in for adobe premiere.

2. Then i edit it in premiere 6.0.

3. Plug a digital video camera onto the computer and feed it out...

Is this the right way in simple terms?

export as a quicktime movie-
import in premiere- do your cuts and edits
export to your cam with firewire ...
