    scrolling a movie clip?

    I know how to scroll text, but I just can't seem to figure out how to scroll a mc or a graphic. Can anyone help me out? Is it somehow done my masking or what
    EDIT: To be more specific I mean scroll a graphic or mc using a scrollbar

    Why don't u use the ScrollPane? It was designed exactlly to do this!!

    You'll find it on the components box !

    Since Flash help explain it step by step all you have to do it's to seek it on the help! Go read about the ScrollPane component!

    Anyway

    If you want another way to scroll check this sample attached and study it...it's dummy and very easy to incorporate
    If you note a "bug" it's because of the variables on the "down" and "up" MC (i''ve made it right now and you have to be patient till you find the correct values), change m top and bot to optimize it!
