publish problem

I seem to be having a problem, I only have access to 2 differnt pc's/logons. I worked at getting the timing on my flash right and seems right from my home computer (at least when I reload it once, which is another problem I'll ask later)but when I look at the flash from work the music is running at like twice the speed it should be, what would cause this?
Any help would be appreciated.
