text not sharp, dithering!

I would like to know what I can do to prevent text look like its no anti aliased... text so now and then can look terrible.

What can I do to make my text in my flash movies look sharp and stay sharp!?...

Make sure you set the movie to high quality in the publisher. Then you wont see this problem any longer.
