    Greetings, tamnguyen

Here is a copy/paste from HughB for the solution to the problem:
    This is the solution:

    1. Clear the registry subtree
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/SWiSHzone.com
NOTE: This clears any existing license, forcing re-entry of unlock code.

    2. Re-install the current 20002.12.23 version available from:
    http://www.swishzone.com/download.html

    3. Please reboot.

    4. Obtain a new unlock key by selecting 'Unlock' when SWiSH2 starts or from http://www.swishzone.com/sitekey.html

If you have got a key in the past 7 days please contact support and we will reset your account. Ensure you supply your registered email to prevent delays in responding.

If you are still in trial please contact support and report your Site Code and we will assist you.

Mention this problem in your support call.

If you don't know how to clear registry settings. Run 'regedit' from Windows 'Start | Run' and select the subtree mentioned above - then press the 'Delete' key and confirm your wish to delete.

Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused and sorry for the delay in posting a solution.

Sounds like a little bit of work, but hopefully this'll fix things for you.
