i m new to this flash com business .... i m trying a sample whiteboard application but its not working poperly... this is the errot that i see in the administrative console

Usually that means that your trial license has expired
When you install flashcom, the trial starts as soon as it's finished installing, unless at the very end of the install you turn off the option to "start the service now".
i uninstalled the flashcom. installed it again but i m still getting the same error!
Is it something to do with the registery entries flashcom has previously done.... how to go about it uninstalling it completely and installing it again so i dunt get the same error again..

in my WIndows Task Manager . it shows does show the two services as started FlashCom.exe and FlashComAdmin.exe
and in the licence part ...

it shows Todays date but i m experiancing this problem for over a month

memon2k - normally you shouldn't have to do anything to the server.xml unless you plan on setting up vHosts and such. By default you should be good to go.
If you've been unable to connect for the past month, I think about the best you can do would be to contact someone at Macromedia and explain the situation. They are usually really cool about helping out with stuff like that.
