yes, about 5 years ago. 4 times in one day.

Was in Utah, and some dudes were doing it on a bridge over a canyon. Did it, enjoyed the living daylights out it, and did it... well, 4 times in one day.

5 story apartment? sure you want smack your head on the side of the building?

I would like to do it one day!

The video camera (if there is one) hooked to ya head, would make great viewing afterwards.

I have never jumped before, but I wouldn't hesitate for a second if I had the opportunity......I think the self-pride that comes afterwards serioursly overpowers the fear.

I got the chance to bungee in mexico last year. It is such a cool expirience. A five story building seems a little small? I dunno...I did mine off a cliff, over looking the ocean. It was sweet...wait a minute, just do the 5story building cuase bungee is sweet. Just make sure you watch someone go first, you know, test the rope and what not. have fun.

I've done a reverse bungee, in one of those round cages. Very good actually, when you get to the top you lose weightlessness.

I did that 220 meter James Bond bungee jump some years ago.

    Anyway, skydiving is much better.

You can actually do a bungee jump off the bottom of a hot air balloon.

but you need to be in the air

    Really?

We are planning a similar Guinness Book record jump in March. 18 skydivers jumping out of a hot air balloon (A really big one).

I'm still not sure if I have the money, but it would be a dream.

I couldn't afford the price at the moment, I've heard base jumping is quite a rush too.

Base jumping is not legal in Switzerland.

Okay at first I thought the OP's name was "bungie nudist" which would have given the thread a whole new spin.

Jumping from a five story building sounds kinda dangerous. Have people jumped before??

Do you have the right equipment?? It all has to be adjusted for bodyweight etc if I'm not mistaken. I heard a story of some guys who got high and decided to "bungie" off a bridge using plain rope, the guy jumped and kept going to the ground.. leaving his foot still tied to the rope in the air.

I'd love to go skydiving sometime.. they have tandum jumping for $350 CAD over the summer, I think that's similar.
