    Shaky ScrollBar

My scrollbar component is very unstable. One minute everything works great and the next it won't. If I move the text box and scroll at all, the scrollbar becomes inactive. I have multiple instances of the scrollbar, will that cause problems?

Not a link. It is so shaky that one minute it works great, so I save and republish then it goes to inactive again.

I appreciate you looking at this. The first scrollbar always works great, hit the play button to get to the second one. That is the problem. If it works at first hit play again or republish it. Weird!
    Thanks Again
