Exported .swf not right

Whenever I export the final version of my page, it does not look like it does in swish2 at least one part of it. At the end when the saber comes out and I use the box over it to show the saber igniting you can cleary see the box while in swish 2 you can't. Anyone know why or maybe how I can upgrade the exporting enginge of swish to flash player 6.0 standards. I looked at your code and your backgrounds are set correctly. The only thing that I can possibly see is the color of the background of the graphic you used .... What color is that?

As for the site... I would move things a little faster, but that is just my opinion...
