I need to create a spinning logo of the attached image but i have no idea where to start, i have Fireworks MX and Swift 3D, if anyone is willing to help i'd greatly appreciate it! Thanks!

while still within Flash, export image as an *.eps file. import the *.eps file into Swift3D, and they add the rotation animation to the group of objects that make up your logo.
you might want to look at optimizing your logo a bit. it came up to over 238 pieces in the object I imported from FlashMX to Swift3D. some things like instead of using outlines, use solids instead could help you a bit on the objects and polygon size within Swift3D.
no optimizations, but done using the aforementioned method...
