Multiple Levels and Get URL

I am havnig a problem with the load movie command and the getURL command.

I have movie 1 in level 0. You click a button and that opens movie 2 in level 1.

Now movie 2 has a button in it that when clicks calls a getURL command and is supposed to pop up a blank HTML page in a seperate window.

The problem though is that it dosen't load the HTML page in a seperate window but it loads it in the same window that the flash movie is playing in.

Any suggestions on to why this is happeneing and what a good work around may be?
