    screen settings error in Optimaze

I just bought optimaze and I'm having a problem getting it running correctly. Whenever I try to compress a file, I get an error that say something about my current screen display settings are not supported by Optimaze and to select the preferred Optimaze display settings using display settings option in the windows control panel. I've tried all different settings and checked the pdf, but I still can't get it to work correctly. Has anyone run into this problem?

what colour depth are you running? 32-bit or 16-bit? also, what screen size? Is it below 800x600?

    I'm on a 19", running at 1280x1024, 32bits
    I've tried 1024x768 (I can't go below), 16bits
    without any difference.

Is there a specific settings to adopt..I can't see it in the doc !

    Thanks very much

naw, I had a friend that was running an odd size at 24bit colour depth, and it seemed to fix itself when he got into 16bit.

However, have you contacted support for that program? I'm sure they have more parameters to help you out with.

Strange one indeed. Good luck mang.
