pixelfont making question

so time for me to be on the asking end. Hopefully someone will be able to help out with this one: Ive made a few pixel fonts, and in some of them, while they display correctly when I set a short text, when I try a longer text (either as one long line or several lines) parts of it become blurry. In some fonts this is eliminated by making the text dynamic, but not in all

Can anyone tell me why this is and how to correct it?

sounds like a kerning thing... I am looking into this too & will post any info as i get it
