    Mojito (have to agree)

    Caipiroska

    Ingredients: 3 slices Lime
    3 tsp Sugar
    2 oz. Vodka

Directions: Crush the slice of lime in a glass. Add sugar and Finlandia Vodka and fill the glass with crushed ice. From the Finlandia Web Site

    Caipirinha (Traditional)

    Ingredients: 1 Lime
    2 tsp Sugar
    2 oz Cachaca

Directions: Cut up the lime and put into a glass. Add the sugar. Smash the lime until the juice and sugar develops a rich froth. Add the Cachaca and shake vigorously. You may vary the amounts of lime and sugar to suit your taste.

    Electric Lemonade

    Ingredients: 6 oz. Lemonade
    1 oz. Orange juice
    1 oz. Pineapple Juice
    2 oz. Triple sec
    2 oz. Vodka

Directions: Mix in large glass, liquor first, with the lemonade in last. Add ice cubes at your own discretion. Stir. Kick back and enjoy, very smooth.

    Green Apple Martini

    Ingredients: 1 oz Apple Schnapps
    1 splash Vermouth
    1 oz Vodka

Directions: Mix ingredients together, can be served either shaken or stirred. Dry Vermouth works better than sweet and De Kuyper's "Sour Apple Pucker" works best to give it the green apple flavor. For effect, it should be served in a martini glass with a round of green apple floating on top.

    Knickerbocker

    Ingredients: 2.0 oz. Gin
    1.0 tsp. Sweet Vermouth
    0.5 oz. Dry Vermouth

Directions: Put gin and both types of vermouth into a mixing glass filled with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled glass.
