How can you get this blur/lighting/glow effect done in Photoshop? Any help would be appreciated, thanks

try some duplicating layers + resizing + motion blur

looks like alittle bit of
duplicating , litlle blurr on the duplicates not the original , radial blur -> zoom and colorize

By the way if u want to make something exactly the same from scratch sometimes u just might not get the exact effect.

thanks for the replies, guys. i've been trying a lot of duplicating, blurring, resizing and i get somewhat of the same effect. it's not exactly the same, but it works!
