Alright here is a template. I don't know how to make a website look like this. I don't know how to do the round curves. I don't know how to do slicing. What is the easiest way to create a website that looks like this?
In Photoshop:
For the curves, choose rounded rectangle >right click on rectangle tool. Up at the top of the screen you will see an option to change the radius, makes chnages there.
Slicing: very simple, although this needs to be thought out in advance. In the main toolbox you will see a tool that loks like a scalpel, its the 6th tool (3rd down on the right) all you need to do is choose that tool, and slice till your hearts content
