change of sound between scenes

I have a flash movie with two different scenes.Each scene has its own music.
When the movie changes from one scene to the next one,the music of the first scene stops suddenly and starts playing the music of the second scene.
My question is:What can I do to make the music volume of the first scene go down gradually before the second scene begins to play?.

you have to make a fade out.
Double click on the key frame that has the music loop
that will bring up the frame properties window.
choose sound.

Scroll all the way to the end
and create two envelope handles.
drag the last envelope handle all the down to the bottom.

This will create a fade out.

you will have to count how many times the music loops
before the next scene starts.

if the music loops 16 times then set to fade at the 16 loop

get what im saying?
