mr producer
i have to say, go for the less graphic style card...
after all, your not marketing yourself as a designer are you?
then why the need for a designer card?
seems you are pushing search optimisation no?
then you shouldn't have to be bothered searching the card for info lost in gradients and blurs...
p.s.
i do like the card, but i believe it's a bit over the top...
either way,
you should use illustrator, freehand or quark for this... you'll get a much sharpper result

Media Whore
I would say that he is marketing himself as a designer. That is how I take "Web Development... Print Media..." Unless he is pre-press/reprographics that is what I would expect. So I think the graphics at the top apply (to the content and message)
I think that "Search Engine Optimazation Specialist" was a catchy title that he gave himself. I would assume that he knows to Design his final in a Vector Graphics'Layout program like Quark/Pagemaker/Freehand etc... Obviously it had to be a jpeg for us all to see.
I designed the second card of that set (or more or less through togethor to show that simpler can be more effective) There have been tons of posts from everyone BUT the designer of the card. What is up Serpent Star - where you at to comment on your card and everything that everyone has said about it?
