linking a button to a frame

i have made a bank of buttons for a website that uses frames .

i am having trouble making the buttons work properly i can get it to change the full page but i can`t get it to affect a frame i have tried target but with no luck ..


any ideas

Can you either send me a fla or be more descriptive of how the movie is set up. Are the buttons in a movie clip? etc. Regards, Bill
