    Help me out please!

    How can I import external html file into a movie clip.

    I created a movie clip, inserted the dynamic text box, and
    set the variable. Created another layer and used loadVariablesNum pointing to my html file (text only), which is in the same directory as the movie, added the "name of the variable"= into the html. When I play the scene, it works OK, but when I insert
    th MC into my main scene it doesn't ... It's frustrating and I have a deadline ... please help me!

    I did this once but used a txt file, maybe jou can do this also with a html file.

    I made a movieclip in a movie with the folowing action

    loadVariables ("message.txt", "");

    I don't know if this is a solution of your problem, but you can try it.

    Upload the fla onto a post (attach file) and just copy paste the content of the html file in here.
