    MX stopped running on my PC

    Flash MX on PC has stopped working for no reason!! It is an upgrade of Flash 5 which is still working. As I open MX it loads in but immediately comes up with a program error is being logged popup. I have tried uninstaling and reinstalling but the same problem occurs?
    Anyone else had this problem? Who do I contact about it?

    I think I downloaded it and have the CD version.
    Is their a particular part of the Macromedia site that I can get a reply to such an error?

    If you downloaded it try redownloading it and reinstalling. If the latest attempts at reinstalling were not attempted from the cd try using the cd this time (or vice versa).
