    Problem:
    I place MC 1 onto scene 1.
I want to run MC 1 and then automaticaly run MC 2. I need MC 2 to loop 10 times and then stop.

    Cool

What you need to do is make an invisible counter.

Make a movie clip with 12 keyframes in it.

In the 1st frame put a stop action

In the 2nd to the 11th frame put a tell target command that tells the second movie to goto frame 2 and play.

In the 12th Frame put a stop action.

Now in the 2nd movie clip put a stop action in frame 1 and a tell target command in the last frame that tells the new movie clip you just created to goto next frame.

This will make the movie run 10 times and then stop. Regards, Bill
