HELP i can't decide

Hello .

Well we have to do a website for our class project, and i'm thinking of keeping the website up after the project is done.

Anywho I am having a hard time deciding wich one looks better, I know there both probably not all that great and you guys have seen better but this is just for a little while Until I come up with another design

Anywho
nothing on the site works as of now it's just the logo and layout i'm having problem with, if you could please give me some input on what u think i should do or change, or wich one looks better it would be alot of help

The graphic header on layout.html looks good to me. Like it.

For some reason both of those layouts were hurting my eyes.. But that could be just me...

Index.html is my favorite out of the two.

take the logo of the secont page and put it instead of the logo of the first layout. than reduce the collor sheme of the menue bar to only one color, change the font, or maybe create a flash menue bar. than it`s ok i think
