Moving a object through key positions...

Hey,
How do you move a object through certain key positions. As in, telling a object to move to one spot, then to another. Not the "Show Element" option, but actual cordinates (to where it'll head to).

Since I've been interested in making some short flash video comics, and wanted heads to simply nod, arms to lift up, and etc.

So my basic question is, what option(s) are there, to do this?

The Move event. If you look at the info of that event:
"Move selected elements through key positions."
