    Singles Thread

    Okay, Valentines Day is around the corner. How many of us will be sitting at home doing nothing. *raises hand

    Being single sucks, or does it? More money for me and my car

    Anyways, has anyone used any of those matchmaker websites (Match.com, Yahoo Personals, etc.). Just curious to hear of any experiences...

    Ummm, I hated Valentines day even when I was in a relationship. It's cheesy and all that lovey dovey crap makes me cringe. It's just a hassle.

    Right now I'm on my lonesome. There's bound to be a singles party somewhere I can go to

    A friend of mine met a blazing hot woman a week ago from match.com here in D.C.

    I'm not kidding, this woman was a drop dead gorgeous, and she was really cool too. I couldn't believe he met her over the freakin internet. I was making fun of him until I saw her. Supposeldy its the third time he's gone on a date from someone from that site.

    WellI met a girl online just over a year ago & flew from Ireland to South Africa to go meet her. She came back with me to Ireland....and then we broke up today. So guess I'll be spending valentines alone

    Me mate nigel met a girl online over 2 years ago, they finally met last Auguest, got married in October, shes now pregnant and he moved to Texas last week! .. I suppose online love can work!

    1st valentines day single for 4 years. Kinda cool actually since I noticed a disturbing trend that my presents to my girl seemed to be getting more and more expensive every year. This time around it would have been about £700 probably. So thankfully that's £700 to spend on my self for once

    Strange how it's only us guys who hate valentines. Not to be sexist, but i really can't help but notice how more & more girls are cheating on guys doing the dirt & how it's the gys who tend to be more comitted. Can anybody agree?
