    TV Screen

    Hi,

Does anyone know how I can make tv snow?
With that I mean what you see when you don't get a channel but black and with dots. But i want to make it in flash so the dots have to move if you know what i mean.

    Thanks in advance
    Greetings

hi if i were doing it i would get an image (noise momocromatic filter in photoshop) i would make it bigger than the tv screen size needed

import the image, mask it to the correct tv screen size in flash, and make it into a movie clip

to animate it mb have 3 or 4 movements of the imported image (offset it slightly 2 nudges up and 2 to the left, then when it plays u will get the random noise needed

    hope this helps
ps. nice to see the finished effect
