    whoa.

1.3 mb - you may want to consider some design / development issues.

    new site

this page contains high media content because it's suppose to showcase our band. It contains a lot of images. the intro has our MP3 embedded in it which is why it may take a while to load. However, I'm willing to make this sacrifice because the song at the beggining is very important.

It's not that important, give the user the option to play the file or not, do not embed a mp3 of that file size into your movie.

    Look into streaming the audio.

    no offense.

Hey, no offense, but when you get people clicking skip intro on the first view, then you are defeating the purpose of the intro and more importantly wasting your time if no one is viewing it. If you kept the intro movie the way it is, I would structure it so the site does not have an intro, but does have a link on the home page for viewers with broadband to view your intro, then the movie pops up when clicked.

    Just a development thought
