    this is an education version, this means that it is not to be used commercially, is that right.

    So the winning bidder would only be legally allowed to use this for education purposes!?

    in that case I'd suggest lowering the starting bid price a bit Just my opinion, but it might be hard to find a buyer for an educational version...
