IE View Source DOESNT WORK

OK I am at my wicks end. This problem pops up about 1 month after I reformat and I cannot get it fixed till I do a reinstall... but its only on one of my systems (two Identical systems other one always works ... right click/view source/notepad pops! LIKE IT SHOULD)

Here is what I have:
Windows XP
Athlon 2000+
Nforce2 Mobo
Corsair 400MHz 512MB
GeForce4 TI 4200
Audigy
Maxtor 80GB ATA133


I listed my hardware because I know someone will always ask before responding. Anyways its a windows issue. I dont change any settings and POOF I lose the ability to view source on any ONLINE pages (works on my own pages on the C:/ but not on http://) I have tried to adjust all my setting but nothing in security or privacy will change it. When I match everything to the other machine (tedious work!) it still doesnt do anything. PLEASE HELP. I have tried Annoyance.org but no responses. OMG its such a pain please help me fix this beast.

OMG I FOUND THE ANSWER BY MYSELF! My TEMP Docs folder was OVERFLOWING WITH FILES. TOO many to allow any further access. So Deleted them (2:45 seconds of deleting!!!!) AND TADAA! VIEW SOURCE works! What a relief to finally figure that out. (Makes sense that it happens around a month after reformatting now / tend to spend all my time online and thus I tend to have alot of temp docs for IE.) Oh well thanks anyways hope this helps if anyone else has the same problem pop up some time.
