This is my first site with flash and swift3d. I hope to add sound this week, but I'm not there yet. Comments?

great work, the only thing that I would say was not intuitive was the naviagion, My mouse covered the name of the areas at first. Other than that the desgin is solid and executed great. Nice to see a fellow Christian Keep it up. Regards, Bill

In the beginning the web was without shape and color, and the hype covered the darkness of the net. Then there was a Flash and life came to the web and vision became reality.

Thanks for the comments! I'm gonna change the link text to make it more clear...it is hard to read, so you're kinda clicking blindly.

    Hiya,

Any chance of posting the source files for this? Awhile ago I was trying to build a navigation like the one you used and I never could get it to work correctly. So, I'd like to see how you did it.

    Thanks!

Honestly the way I did is very simple. I'll see about posting the source. Basically it just involves a lot of movement between frames. Heres the basics:

    1. Just have a frame that the movie plays to and then stops, you can call that "home". Then any of the links on "home" take you to different frames.
    2. The different frames for each section all begin with the same elements, they just move them around differently.
    3. You can choose to have a different return animation for each section or share one that fits for returning from each part.
    4. Each section then has a button that goes to the return animation.
    5. The return animation plays through and then goes back to "home"

    That's it really.. very simple.
