Which, traditionally, is not Opera 7 capable.

    jeez, it's pretty uninspired.

I think I liked the old one better, it was certainly more usable, that old flash header they had, that has been copied by so many people, was a beautiful example of easy access.

it's ok I guess, the nav bar and buttons are a bit bleh, I'm glad they haven't changed the interior pages too much from before. I don't know, all in all I think this is an unnecessary step backwards.

adobe still have the better site. Maybe MM should have hired hillman curtis as well, instead of friggin' nielsen..

might have done, I'm not sure, he's their resident usability expert. The adobe site was famously redesigned by hillman curtis, and I love it, by contrast MM's site seems to have been touched by the shrivelled aesthetically leprous hand of jacob.

apart from the nice images I just don't see any point to this redesign, it's certainly not an improvement imho.

    Dissapointed

Badly executed, its seems they still do not know how to use flash. I hope this site will be removed becasue it is embarrassing.

Dissapointing, it looks okay I guess, but the old version made some really good (and subtle) use of flash. with this one even on broadband I was left looking at "initiate application manager" for far too long. the major relief was seeing the support pages hadn't been subjected to quite as severe redesign.

Nice I like it It's very fresh looking although once you get past the first page it becomes very bland throughout the rest of the site with a very "khaki color" theme.

Did you guys check out the new 15 minute presentation on there? That was pretty exciting how they talk about etrade saving money from the quote search tool.

Now If I was only more experienced I could do something like that for my news site :\

One thing they mentioned that I would like to see in action without having to pay for the experience is the audio video trade and capture using the flash communication server.

I think that would be a great experience for helping people online.
