idiot proof online shop?

A client has asked me what their options are with regards to an online shop.

I have very little programming (no backend stuff e.g PHP or ASP)or database knowledge.

I was just wodering is there any service out there that will let you build a shop ina WYSIWYG type way?

Something that'll build a whole site, taking care of everything from secure hosting to creadit card payments to creating the database.

I have searched webhostingtalk.com and have seen sites such as madmerch but I was just wondering had anybody has a similar experience.

I'll prob suggest to my client to go with a well established design company that handles ecommerce but before that I'd just like to research it a bit.
Shop would have 200+ products.
