random passing leaf mc

Hi,

I have a sky background and leaves flying.



I want leaves come from right into the scene and leave the scene from left.I have one leaf mc but I need them passing random sized, random speed and from random height of the screen.I can do that all with motionTween but I need lots of leaves and can't even think about the file size of motiontween.

So do you know a ready tutorial or a movie, or can I appreciate your time in helping about that script.That will be a great.

although originally written with "stars" instead of "leaves" this tutorial deals with duplication, scaling, actionscripted motion and the Math.random() method. Basically, all you need.
