    Stoping ONLY ONE frame!

    Is it possible to stop only one frame, but have the other frames continue playing?

    Not in the same movie clip. The way you get around that is to build what you want to stop in a separate movie clip, drag it to the root timeline or the timeline of the movie clip it's going to be part of and either tell it to stop at a certain frame, or just chop off it's timeline in the layer it's in so the playhead goes on but that movie clip isn't along for the ride anymore.
