XML Weather feed w/ Netscape thingy...
Hello there...
I just don't get it.
I'm testing the "weather.interceptvector.com" weather feed in Flash and it worked flawlessly on internet Explorer but It doesn't work on Netscape (and Safari...:-P) once you put it on the server.
Here it is where I did put it.

And
I've attached the code in case somebody could help me.

Well, thanks tupps, but it's not a security thing.
If you check the code files that I attached you'll see that I did everithing "by the book" and it works perfectly on IE but it doesn't on Netscape.
Mmmmmmm. Has anyone had the same problem with Netscape??
going nuts here....
Thanks

What are you using to proxy the xml data into your movie?
Now I'm confused
Hi persist,
First of all, thankss for help me out whit this thing.
Now, i'm cofused 'cos you can't see the xml result on the flash movie but I can. (on IE)
If I check this link
http://www.webaldia.com/roro/
I get the "Weather Loaded!: Mostly Sunny" or whatever the weather it is in Barcelona.
And I've attached the files (againg but whith the .fla file) to let you see how I proxy the xml data.
Thanks again

Meeehehehe (crying)
Hi, tupps
Exactly, what did you test? the url or the files that I posted? 'cos this thing works local but not once you put it on a server...

When the tried and trusted things stop working what are you suppose to do???
One thing to check is the Version of the Flash Player in your browsers. (Right click about will bring up the details).
You might have something in your code which is revision dependent.
Thanks
Luke
