marcromedia - site development

Hi, several weeks ago someone posted a link to a section within macromedia for project management. It went into depth on each phase of the site development plan, such as definition, construction, QA and deployment.

Would anyone happen to know where I can find this? Or perhaps some other site that will provide some handy tips?

As I am sole owner/developer/artist of my own firm, i need to start going beyond the "what do you want?/here it is!" mentality that i currently go by.
