    Are they gasping at the end because they empathized with the AIBO, or because those things typically run a few months' salary?

    The horrible screams that you hear at the end of this film were made by the experimenters, who were startled to see the dog attack the AIBO.

    I used to do the same thing with my remote-controlled car when I was a kid.

    The only difference here is that the toys are a little more expensive.
