everytime I import an image in one of these files, I just get a big grey square...am I doing something wrong, can anyone please tell me how to do it the right way.

If your image is square then you are getting what you should get. When you bring an eps / ai file into swift you start with a grey model that you have to extrude and color. If you are trying to extrude several difrent shapes then make sure that they are diffrent colors before you save the eps. These will come in to swift as seperate shapes but you will have to ungroup them first. Then you can start to extrude them at difrent levels etc. Hope this helps. Regards, Bill
